ph46 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your account, any bonus funds or promotional credits will be immediately forfeited. Real-money balances remaining in a terminated account will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines and may be subject to investigation before release.

ph46 and the player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting ph46 support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as provided under Philippine law.
ph46 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph46 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the ph46 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the ph46 platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
